Wayne-Oakland Science Olympiad is a 501(c) non-profit organization certified by IRS, dedicated to expanding the science curriculum beyond the classroom, creating a technologically-literate workforce and providing recognition for outstanding achievement by students. Science Olympiad is a team competition that requires knowledge of various science topics and engineering skills. Over 1200 students participate and compete in 18 Science Olympiad events every year.

- 5/6/2018: Tournament Schedule is available now for all students and parents. Please note that this may change so please watch for any updates.
- 5/2/2018: Virtual invitational is scheduled between 5/11-5/15. Teams will start taking the tests from 5/11 and after all tests are taken at their school they will submit scores to WOSO for scoring. There will be no medals or trophies for this event, but students will have an opportunity to compete with other school teams for practice and learning.
- 2/23/2018: Event coaches clinic is scheduled on 3/5 at Liberty Middle School, Canton, MI. This event is only for event coaches for all teams. Kids are not allowed in this event.
